You need a Speak AI account before you can upload anything, and creating one starts your free trial.
Sign up
- Open app.speakai.co/auth/register.
- Continue with Google or Microsoft, or enter an email address and password. On an iPhone or iPad you also get Apple.
- If you signed up with an email address, Speak AI sends you a code. Enter it to confirm the address.
That puts you in your workspace with the trial running. From there, upload your first file and Speak AI transcribes and analyzes it for you.
Sign up with your work email rather than a personal one. It is what unlocks the team features, so it saves moving accounts around later.
Already have an account
Sign in at app.speakai.co using the same method you signed up with. An account created through Google, Microsoft or Apple signs in that way rather than with a password.
If you never confirmed your email address, signing in takes you to the Enter verification code screen rather than into the app. Speak AI emails a 6-digit code to the address you signed up with, and the screen asks for it. Enter the code to finish confirming the account and carry on to where you were headed. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then select Didn’t receive the code? Resend at the bottom of the screen. Speak AI confirms an address with a code rather than a link, both when you sign up and every time you ask for a new one.
