Adding a credit card
Your saved cards live on the Payment Methods tab of the Payment & Invoices page.
- Go to your Payment & Invoices page
- Click Add Card
- Fill out your card details and click Add
Updating to a new card
To switch to a different credit card:
- Go to your Payment & Invoices page
- Click Add Card and enter your new card details
- Once the new card is added, you can delete the old one
Removing a card
After adding a new card, click the delete icon next to the old card to remove it from your account.

- Card declined? Check our payment troubleshooting guide for common reasons and fixes.
- Need to add credit instead? You can reload your account credit from the same Payment & Invoices page using the “Reload your credit” option.
