Partially update a voice agent question: only the fields you send are changed. Requires the OWNER or ADMIN role. agentId and templateId are fixed after create; sending them is silently dropped.

Behaviour
The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for update_voice_question.

- Can delete or overwrite data. Use with care.
- Repeating an identical call can have an extra effect.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
