Use the Speak AI MCP server tool update_transcription to edit the official
transcript text of a single media file by finding and replacing text.
What does it do?
Edit the official transcript text of a single media file by finding and replacing
text. Replaces every occurrence of the original text with the replacement (leave
replacement empty to delete the text) and reports how many occurrences were
replaced. Use update_transcript_speakers to rename speaker labels instead.
Parameters
update_transcription takes 4 parameters, 3 of them required.

- Can delete or overwrite data. Use with care.
- Repeating an identical call can have an extra effect.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
