Get a voice agent’s test suite (its scenarios and run settings). Returns null in data.suite if none has been created yet: not a 404.

Behaviour
The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for get_voice_test_suite.
- Only reads data. Does not modify your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call is safe.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
