Create or update a voice agent’s test suite. Requires the OWNER or ADMIN role. Upserts. Send the full scenarios array you want to keep: it replaces the stored one, it is not merged.

Behaviour
The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for
update_voice_test_suite.
- Can change data in your workspace.
- Can delete or overwrite data. Use with care.
- Repeating an identical call is safe.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
