Use the Speak AI MCP server tool analyze_voice_kb_gaps to trigger knowledge-base
gap analysis over a voice agent’s recent calls.
What does it do?
Trigger knowledge-base gap analysis over a voice agent’s recent calls. Requires the
OWNER or ADMIN role. Runs in the background and returns immediately: new gaps appear
in list_voice_kb_gaps once analysis finishes, not synchronously with this
response.
Parameters
analyze_voice_kb_gaps takes 1 parameter, all of them required.

Behaviour
The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for analyze_voice_kb_gaps.
- Can change data in your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call can have an extra effect.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
