Use the Speak AI MCP server tool generate_voice_faq_suggestions to trigger FAQ
clustering over a voice agent’s recent calls.
What does it do?
Trigger FAQ clustering over a voice agent’s recent calls. Requires the OWNER or
ADMIN role. Runs in the background and returns immediately: new suggestions appear
in list_voice_faq_suggestions once generation finishes, not synchronously with
this response.
Parameters
generate_voice_faq_suggestions takes 1 parameter, all of them required.

Behaviour
The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for
generate_voice_faq_suggestions.
- Can change data in your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call can have an extra effect.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
