# Get Voice Agent Setup Guide

`get_voice_agent_setup_guide` is a tool in the Speak AI MCP server. Discovery +
how-to helper for building and operating a Speak AI voice agent end to end.

## What does it do?

Discovery + how-to helper for building and operating a Speak AI voice agent end to
end. Returns the four configuration pieces every agent is built from, which tool
covers each one, the recommended build order, and how
testing/questions/knowledge-base/intelligence tools chain together after the agent
exists. Call this before `create_voice_agent` or `create_voice_agent_from_prompt` if
you are not already familiar with this tool surface.

## Parameters

`get_voice_agent_setup_guide` takes no parameters.

## Behaviour

The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for
`get_voice_agent_setup_guide`.

- Only reads data. Does not modify your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call is safe.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
