# Create Voice Question Template

Use the Speak AI MCP server tool `create_voice_question_template` to create a
company-scoped question template: the "custom question" a user names themselves
rather than picking from Speak's shared library.

## What does it do?

Create a company-scoped question template: the "custom question" a user names
themselves rather than picking from Speak's shared library. Requires the OWNER or
ADMIN role. The server stamps companyId and forces isSystemTemplate to false, so
this template is only ever visible to your company.

## Parameters

`create_voice_question_template` takes 7 parameters, 5 of them required.

| `tags` | array of string | No |  |

## Behaviour

The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for
`create_voice_question_template`.

- Can change data in your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call can have an extra effect.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
