# List Automation Names

Use the Speak AI MCP server tool `list_automation_names` to list automations as
lightweight \{ name, id \} pairs: useful for pickers without fetching full configs.

## What does it do?

List automations as lightweight \{ name, id \} pairs: useful for pickers without
fetching full configs.

## Parameters

`list_automation_names` takes no parameters.

## Behaviour

The Speak AI MCP server publishes these behaviour hints for `list_automation_names`.

- Only reads data. Does not modify your workspace.
- Does not delete or overwrite existing data.
- Repeating an identical call is safe.
- Stays inside Speak AI. Does not reach other systems.
